During the provision of our Services, since We use international servers, such as AWS and Google Cloud Platform, it may be necessary that your Data are transferred to foreign agents, in countries and regions such as the European Union, the United Kingdom and the United States, for example. We internationally transfer your data for the same purposes as provided in section How and why We use your Data?.

In case of international data transfers, We will process and store your Data as established in the section For how long do We keep your Data?. For these international data transfers, We will use in our agreements with clients, contractors and service providers standard contractual-clauses approved by the ANPD or another of the mechanisms established by the LGPD and the ANPD’s Resolution for International Data Transfer.

The exact duration of the data processing will be determined according to the processing’s purpose. For example, when We process your Data to comply with our legal or regulatory obligations, We will keep your Data until such obligations are fulfilled. Moreover, when We process your Data to guarantee our rights in judicial and administrative claims and arbitration proceedings, your Data will be stored until such claims or the deadline to file such claims are finished.
