Impulso's history reflects the experiences of Mergulhão, Kari, and Mira — three very different people, but, oddly enough, also very alike.

Practical and context-sensitive. Quick decision-making and analytical thinking. Introspection and extroversion. At first, conflicting concepts, but when well balanced, they lead to spectacular results.

Balance. That is the word that stands for our founders.

With over 20 years in IT, she is a strategic executive focused on leadership and client solutions. She works with the CEO to coordinate strategies and OKRs, ensuring efficiency. A computer scientist with an MBA, she is passionate about learning, nature, photography, and refining values, seeking positive impact through critical vision and genuine relationships.

Head of Marketing and Sales
Co-founder of Play9, Adventures/Jones, and an entrepreneur with experience in marketing for brands such as Tinder, TikTok, and OLX. He served as CMO at Remessa Online and Grupo Primo, excelling in planning, brand building, influencer marketing, and data analytics. Passionate about marketing, he is also a content creator in his spare time.

With over 10 years of experience in People Management, specializing in Recruitment and Selection and team leadership, she is passionate about fostering knowledge exchange between teams. She has a strong focus on people development, always aiming for high-quality deliveries and consistent results.

Passionate about people, she believes that diversity allows great exchanges of knowledge and that experiences and conflicts can be transformed into tools of self-knowledge for personal and professional evolution. She has been working for over 20 years in People Management and as an Administrator. Besides, she also has a degree in Organizational Psychology and Transpersonal Systemic Therapy.

Trained as an engineer, she started her career in Civil Construction companies, where she developed most of her skills in Project and Team Management. With over 10 years of experience, she specializes in Production Engineering with a focus on Process and Quality. She loves camping, traveling, and solving problems and logical puzzles.

Management of Selection
Psychologist passionate about people and human behavior. She believes the balance between hard and soft skills is the key to a successful professional performance. Currently, she is the Building Team Leader, dedicated to providing professionals suited to the purpose of each Client and to enable a unique experience for Impulsers.

She has a degree in PR and is passionate about communication, the nickname “IT girl“ was recurrent in her professional experiences because, in addition to a good relationship with software, she always liked to help people better understand its functionality.
